On February 27th, 2024, the official Facebook page for Time Defenders confirmed the Gacha game would be shutting down. Vespa, the studio behind the game revealed that as of March 29th, 2024, the game would fully terminate the service for Time Defenders. According to Vespa, they made the choice to shutter the game’s servers to “focus on providing better services and experiences, and to concentrate on new challenges.”
In spite of this, somehow, Kings Raid, another of Vespa’s games – earning mere tens of thousands of dollars per month remains online and active, to the sheer surprise of many.
It’s worth noting that this wasn’t entirely unexpected. Taking a look at their Facebook page the last post made prior to this announcement was August 15, 2022. Almost 2 years ago.
