Cedar (雪松, Codename Cedar) is a real-time tactical Gacha game with military themes (sharing a lot of similarities with Arknights and Girls’ Frontline.)
It seems to be a mobile game at present (no confirmed cross-play functionality yet,) allowing you to experience and control the battle in real-time with your fingers. There are hundreds of different battles, and dozens of different terrain environments. There are numerous types of characters – and character archetypes, along with a variety of deployable vehicles. It does not look as though males will be available to recruit in-game, rather, the entire roster of characters will be female – allowing you to get to know them, and become – in their words, “their irreplaceable people.” Cedar is set not only on Earth, but in space, and on an alien planet inhabited by anthropomorphic animal people, rather than full human, and features an entire Russian dub as opposed to Chinese – for the first time ever.
A Closed Beta test has not currently been held, but a Closed Beta is expected in the coming months. If you want to pre-register, you can do so via their official website!
