Shining Embers (辉烬, Huī jìn) also translates roughly to “Glowing Ashes” or “Radiant Embers” in Chinese,) is an upcoming top-down isometric perspective Gacha RPG developed by Hangzhou Qianhu Network. This is their very first game.

The theme and setting for the game are relatively unknown at present, however we can see instances of kunoichi (female Japanese ninjas,) characters with katanas, and even furries.

While specific mechanics remain undisclosed, what we did see in the short gameplay video we have access to was a combination of RPG elements and action-based combat, similar to other existing games like Diablo, Path of Exile and Lost Ark.

Shining Embers is releasing on to iOS, Android, with a PC release unconfirmed at present. It is currently confirmed to be entering into beta testing in China with pre-registration currently open. At present, no global release date is confirmed.

Synopsis
